Spray Cable (Triumph)
(all Triumph models) This is the spray cable for the Triumph. It connects to the spray lever on the left handlebar and the main spray valve located under the top green panel.
Deflector Cable (Triumph all models)
The deflector cable controls the deflector used on border passes for all Triumph models.
Shift Cable Rod End (Triumph)
(fits All Triumph) This part is on Part#T654030-Shift Cable Assembly. Rod end is screwed onto end of shift cable to allow attach to shift arm and lever to shift machine into gear.
Retainer, Roller Bearing Retainer Rear Triumph 1"
(fits 2012- present Triumph Sulky Hubs) This part is inside of the rear hub assembly on sulkies with 1" sulkies. Part is inside of T654750-1" Hub drum Assembly and T654670-Small 1"Hub Tire Kit. Please note when ordering this part must order (2) of the retainers must be ordered per (1) T654750.01-1" Roller bearing, Rear Triumph 1". This part holds the roller bearings in place on the hub.
Diaphragm, Standard (Magnum and Triumph all models)
(all Triumph models) (all Magnum models) The diaphragm is used on all PermaGreen® models. The diaphragm is a rubber disk located underneath the 8 psi cap on the nozzle body and the 20 psi and 30 psi pressure caps on the unloader valves. There are five total on every PermaGreen®. Always a good practice to have a few extra on hand.
Rear Tire Hub w/ Bearing Triumph 1"
(fits 2012- present Triumph Sulky Hubs) This part is inside of the rear hub assembly on sulkies with 1" sulkies. This part is part of the T654675-Rear Tire, rim and hub kit. Hub also included T654750.01-1' Roller bearing & T654750.02-1" retainer. This hub has the drum attached to brake the rear sulky. Note 2 qty T654750.02-1" retainers hold 1 qty T654750.02 in this hub. Other parts that maybe needed if ordering this part: Parts used to attached tire/Hub to sulky: 1 qty T651605-3/16-1-1/4 Cotter Pin 4 qty P651510-Washer, 1" x 18 ga .048 **Note this is per side. Example if you need both left and right side 2-T651605 and 8-P651512 must be ordered. Triumph Shift Cable Assembly
(all Triumph models) This is the shift cable for the Triumph. It connects with the shift lever underneath the left handlebar, and the shift arm on the transaxle. It will help control the shifting of gears on the machine. You will receive the shift cable and one plastic rod end.
3rd Hole Cable w/ Plastic Lever Triumph
(all Triumph models) This controls 3rd hole slide plate on all Triumph models and includes plastic lever, black plastic cable/lever housing, gray rate adjuster and cable. Metal lever version is available as part number T654056 which is an upgraded version.
Dampener Kit Complete (for all Triumph models) Motor Mount
(all Triumph models) This dampener kit is used to absorb engine vibration and allow for a more comfortable ride on all Triumph models. These are located between the engine plate and the frame of the machine. Upgrades have been made to this kit. New and improved dampeners with spring adjustment bracket to help keep idler springs in place. Front Brake Cable #1 (of 2) (all Triumph models)
(fits all Triumph models) Front brake cable #1 (of 2) starts at the front brake lever and connects to Front Brake Cable #2 down near the spinner gear box. Front Brake Cable #2 connects to front brake band. (Both cables are needed to complete front brake cable replacement).
Transaxle, Triumph-Kit (UPS Signature Required)
(fits all Triumph models) This kit includes Transaxle with heat shield to protect the transaxle. Dual pulleys and drum hub attach for breaking system. Brake Covers and Tire hubs with lug nuts to attach Rims for easy assembly. Lastly, hardware nuts, bolts, and washers to attached the transaxle with easy schematic instructions to simplify assembly.
