If item is defective, please contact us.  PermaGreen® offers a 30 day warranty on all parts.  Briggs and Stratton offer a 3+1 year warranty on the motor. 

PermaGreen®offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  (unless item is warrantied)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and Warranty

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 10 business days from receipt of return label to send back products under warranty.  Items received after 10 business days are subject to refund/exchange refusal.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
