Shipping policy

All in stock items, ordered by 2PM (CST),  ship SAME-DAY.  We ship Monday thru Friday.  NEXT DAY AIR orders ship Monday thru Friday.  Any NEXT DAY AIR order placed on FRIDAY (before 2PM CST), will arrive MONDAY.   Any Friday NDA received AFTER 2PM CST will ship out Monday and arrive Tuesday.   We ship to commercial and residential addresses, but we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, AFO/APO (military) and U.S. Territories.

Please note *Sometimes mother nature has different plans than us. If your package is delayed by UPS due to weather, that is out of our control and refunds will not be issued by PermaGreen®
