This part is inside of the rear hub assembly on sulkies with 1" sulkies. This part is part of the T654675-Rear Tire, rim and hub kit. Hub also included T654750.01-1' Roller bearing & T654750.02-1" retainer.
This hub has the drum attached to brake the rear sulky.
Note 2 qty T654750.02-1" retainers hold 1 qty T654750.02 in this hub.
