This kit changes the old snubber ring.

Spring are used in the place of the foamy snubber rings. Need to change out hardware on handlebars to create easier steering.

4 qty P651203-3/8x1-1/4 Fender Washer

2 qty R650738-Bolt, 3/8-16 x 1-3/4

2 qty P645203-Lock Nut, 3/8-16
